Topangadays

The biggest three day party bash of the year is here again.  It comes with a fabulous Memorial Day parade that includes people of all ages on foot, in costumes, on classic cars, trucks, floats, bicycles, roller-blades, trailers, uni-cycles, stilts, horses, with dogs and then some...  This photo is from a couple years ago, when I got to be one of the grand marshalls.  www.topangadays.com

Labyrinth

Topanga has many magic spots.  Here is a hill top labyrinth overlooking the Santa Monica bay.  That was my first time visit last Sunday, to watch the solar eclipse.

The Tunnel

Went through "The Tunnel" this weekend.  It's a large drainage pipe that goes under Topanga Cyn Blvd. to one of the most magical place ever. Yes, that's a person climbing up through it, holding onto each side because it's pretty steep. I went down, and up again, in my Birkenstocks and swore not to reveal the location to anyone.

Rose Falls

Not in Topanga, but here's a waterfall in Los Padres National Forest.  Rose Falls, at the end of Rose Valley.  Went there on a herb walk with Lanny Kaufer and friends.  www.herbwalks.com

Country Natural
