Here is the $4.45 Lunch special #1.  Comes with yellow rice, dhal, potato curry, yoghurt, chapati, onions & spicy pickles.  And then there's water, Chai and semolina pudding for dessert.  Ran into Texas Bill, who had potatoes & spinach with cheese.  ISS is India Sweet's & Spices in Canoga Park.  Good food in good company.  Never mind the styrofoam...
